IHF Academy: Human Factors Modular Courses for Individuals

Accelerate Your Human Factors Career With the IHF Academy

The IHF Academy fills a human factors knowledge gap by providing modular courses for individuals — including those with 3 to 5 years of human factors industry experience — to gain skills for critical infrastructure. The IHF Academy is also open to human factors graduates with no industry experience. It was identified that there was an education gap for human factors graduates to enter the workplace as suitability qualified equipped personnel (SQEP) for industries such as nuclear. Therefore, the IHF Academy aims to enable candidates to achieve this.
