Andrew Grant and Sadaf Bader from IHF visited GB Railfreight in Peterborough, England on the 27th of January 2025 who got “hands-on” experience of BaselineNC™, a workplace fatigue monitoring wearable. The visit was centred around the important issue of how workplace fatigue can be identified and mitigated through the use of technology. The BaselineNC solution can help detect the onset of fatigue by using real-time data to provide valuable operational insights in helping shape and inform future policies and practices to promote safety and well-being in the workplace.
