James Cree and Jodie Dix — IHF Human Factors Consultants — will be presenting a poster on “Human Factors in Water Quality” in relation to Scottish Water at the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) Ergonomics & Human Factors 2025 event in Burton upon Trent, England. The event will be held from the 28th to the 30th of April. IHF is a CIEHF accredited registered consultancy and we look forward to networking and sharing knowledge with our ergonomics and human factors colleagues.

IHF to Present Scottish Water Case Study on Human Factors in Water Quality at CIEHF Ergonomics & Human Factors 2025
This project marked the initial steps for Scottish Water to become an emerging human factors organisation, with a focus in the future on becoming a learning organisation with a just and fair culture regarding the human contribution to water quality events and within the broader organisation.
